Sentinel Returns
Strategy game based on reaching the top of a hill on which sits the Sentinel. The Sentinel is able to drain your energy when he spots you so you must move around carefully, staying out of its field of vision. The gameplay consists of collecting energy from the living things on the hillside, building useful objects and teleporting between points. There are four element-themed worlds to work through. Each is divided into levels and some 650 increasingly difficult levels are included in total. Alongside the single-player game is a multi-player option for up to four player in which you race each other to reach the Sentinel. A notable feature of the game is the atmospheric music that accompanied play. It was composed by renowned movie director John Carpenter. The game's graphics and control system are effective.

South Park The Game
This is a 3D first-person shoot 'em up based on the successful adult cartoon series and available for multiple platforms. The game uses the Turok 2 engine, replacing the dinosaurs with various baddies, such as giant turkeys and aliens. As expected, a good deal of coarse humor is also included, with numerous voice samples. The game's premise is that strange phenomena are plaguing South Park as the result of a passing comet. Kyle, Cartman, Stan and Kenny, aided by Chef, must defend themselves and their home town. You choose a character to control.

Version of the classic board game. Each player has a group of military-ranked units and these are placed on the board in the order of each players choosing. The rank of the units is visible only to their owner. The board is divided into squares a pieces move in a similar way to checkers. When two pieces come into contact the higher ranked unit wins, with one or two exceptions. At this time the identities of pieces are revealed and remembering this information adds a strategic element to the game. The flag unit is key and once his flag is captured a player loses. Play against a choice of computer-controlled opponents or a friend. You can adjust the difficulty when playing against the computer. As well as the classic rules game there is also a choice of variants, including a four-player option, and this adds further replayability value to this game. The game's graphics are effective and numerous animations are included.

Puzzle game. There are several game options, including single player and competitive modes (against the computer or a friend). The gameplay is similar to Tetris and Bust-A-Move/Puzzle Bobble. Colored blobs fall one by one down the screen. When two or more of the same color come into contact they merge and when four or five are together, they disappear. In competitive mode, when you complete a group a colorless ball falls in your opponents screen, blocking connections. As a further twist, characters gain strength as they progress and there are numerous magic powers to do things like turn the screen upside down. The game features a cast of cartoon-style characters and many colorful backgrounds. The graphics are effective, although it in the gameplay that this game excels.
