Puzzle game. Like the earlier Shanghai games, this one features straightforward puzzle action using mahjongg titles. This installment is the first to offer a full version of the traditional game of mahjongg.

Shanghai: Great Moments

Puzzle game that uses sets of mahjongg tiles. The aim is to remove matching pairs of tiles from a stacked arrangement until none are left. Players can only move tiles which have an adjacent space. This installment offer four game types; Classic Shanghai, The Great Wall (Tetris-style variation), Beijing (variation in which you move rows of tiles in order to match titles) and Action Shanghai (speed game in which tardiness causes more tiles to appear). The game employs relatively simple 3D graphics.

Shanghai: Mahjong Essentials

Puzzle game that uses sets of mahjongg tiles. The aim is to remove matching pairs of tiles from a stacked arrangement until none are left . This installment features four game types; Classic, 'Power Dragon's Eye' (puzzle variant in which player attempts to remove tiles faster than they are added), Kids' Shanghai and a full version of mahjongg. The game can be played competitively (same computer or via LAN or Net).

Puzzle game. Like the earlier Shanghai games this one features simple puzzling using mahjongg titles. This installment also offers several versions of the full traditional game and with a choice of rules, including Japanese and American rules. The game incorporates a full betting system.
