Baseball game featuring a selection of the sports greatest ever players. Teams are selected from the thirty-six available players and you then compete again the computer or another player. A detailed biography is available for each player. There are three difficulty settings available. The interface and control system are effective. When pitching you select the type of pitch and then target the throw. When batting, you can choose how hard to hit the ball. The game employs fairly basic 3D graphics, as expected it now looks pretty dated.

Action Bass

Bass fishing game. It combines arcade and sim elements. the game features a selection of competitions and a two-player mode. The gameplay is fairly simple, you cast your line and then wait for a bite. You can tweak the line to moves the float. Once a fish is snagged you reel it in, being careful not to snap the line. A meter monitors line tension and other displays show the distance between the boats and fish and the depth of you catch. The game's graphics and controls are effective.

Improvements have been made since the last game in the series, particularly in the area of graphics.

3D arcade-style soccer game featuring 450 teams and 10,000 players, covering various domestic leagues. Thirty authentic stadia are recreated including Barcelona's Nou Camp and London's Wembley. A good selection of moves is available including short and long passes, shoot, speed boost buttons and sliding tackles. The scenario mode throws you in at the deep end, at pivotal moments during important games. There is also a multi-player mode, on PC via modem/serial connection, LAN or on-line, on console, same console/hotseating (leagues). The game features a selection of difficulty settings, game options and weather conditions. Commentaries provided by Barry Davies and Trevor Brooking are incorporated.

Innovative pinball game. It consists of nine connected tables with numerous more bonus sub-tables to be discovered. Set on a mythical island, the premise is that the eyes of the guardian statue have been stolen. You must progress thought the tables to save the island. Each table has a distinctive theme and design. The game features realistic physics and well-balanced controls. The graphics are also good and effective cutscenes intersperse the action.

Tennis game featuring a selection of 8 real-life players, both male and female. There is a good choice of game modes including quick-start, championships and the innovative bomb tennis. There is a multi-player mode. When playing against the computer a choice of three difficulty settings is available. The game incorporates some arcade-game elements that may be turned off for a more realistic game. Most notable among these is a power meter that fills up when you score a run of points or during a long rally. Once the meter is full you are able to pull off special moves. The game's graphics and character animation are generally good.
