	Comanche 3 Helicopter combat sim. The game combines good graphics, particularly in the area of terrain, with realistic physics and controls. It accurately reproduces the Boeing Sikorsky RAH-66 helicopter. There are 32 missions to work through, spread over four campaigns. The stealth helicopter is equipped with guns and up to six hellfire missiles. The game features two difficulty settings. In Easy mode the helicopter automatically keeps a set distance above the ground. The game recreates four main terrain types and different times of day, including nighttime. The multi-player mode supports two player via serial/ modem connections, or up to 10 players over LAN. As expected, the game now looks somewhat dated. 	Comanche 4 This installment in he long-running series of combat helicopter sims is currently in development. It promises significant improvements over its predecessor, especially given the considerable gap between releases (over three years). The new missions promise to be more diverse and will include the threat of chemical and biological weapons. The multi-player mode will be greatly extended. Up to 32 players will be able to compete online. Notably Voice-Over-Net technology will be supported, enabling players to communicate directly mid-missions. The graphics should be advanced. 	Comanche Hokum Helicopter combat sim and follow-up to the successful game Apache Havoc. It is even possible to combine the two games for extended multi-player action. Comanche Hokum features the ultra-modern RAH-66 Comanche, due to come into the service of the US army in 2006, and the older Russian Ka-52 Hokum. Each aircraft has its own handling characteristics and arsenal, including missiles and guns. The game offers a choice of three dynamic campaigns, set in Yemen, Lebanon and Taiwan. You can pitch into the battle as you wish as well as being assigned missions, the specifics of which depend on how the conflict is going. The battles are reproduced in great detail with many unit types involved and the game's effective camera system allows you to view the action from many perspectives.
