Acclaimed RPG and follow-up to Chrono Trigger. The game features over 30 playable characters. The diverse selection includes many different types and personalities. The main character is a young man named Serge who travels between two dimensions and must help to save both worlds. The gameplay involves exploration, character development, item collection, interaction with NPCs and combat. The game boasts an excellent combat system. Alongside upgradeable conventional weapons, such as swords, there is a good magical system. It is based on six elements, each with a different color. In addition, each character can learn special moves. The game's graphics are impressive and the control system is effective.

Chrono Trigger

Classic RPG originally released on N64 and then for PlayStation (US release to be confirmed). The main character is a young man named Chrono, who travels through time to many different periods, in order to prevent disaster in the future. As well as playing Chrono, there is a huge cast of other playable characters, with distinctive skills and development paths. The game boasts great design, a strong story and good graphics and controls.

RPG/adventure game set in a magical, fantasy universe. The story involves a demon that is threatening the world. There are four distinctive characters to choose from (a warrior, a barbarian, a magician-elf and a dwarf). The gameplay involves exploration, combat, interaction with NPCs and puzzle-solving. The graphics and controls are effective. alongside the single-player game is a multi-player mode for up to four players (over LAN or Net).

Climax Landers

RPG known as both Climax Landers and Time Stalkers. You play a warrior named Sword who finds himself in a dimension outside time. He must find a way to return the inhabitants he finds there to their own realities. You'll interact with NPCs and encounter other playable characters as you progress. The gameworld has a jigsaw-puzzle like structure and many different settings feature. Magical and conventional weapons and equipment come into play. Mini-quests and VM games are also included. A good map is incorporated. The game's graphics and control system are effective.
