3D platform game with educational component, featuring Yellow and Red from the M&M advertisements. Set inside the chocolate factory, the gameplay consists of exploration, precision jumping and math learning. Number-based challenges intersperse the action and it is possible to skip the platform sections and go straight to the challenges. The game's 3D graphics are good.

M: Alien Paranoia

3D platform game. You take the role of M, an alien whose ship has crash-landed. You must find the pieces of his ship so that he can escape. Malice: A Dark and Comic Fiery Tale

Action adventure game currently in development. The game will be set in a fantasy world with Victorian overtones. You'll take the role of a young woman who has unleashed evil into the world. Only she can undo this deed by defeating the minions of evil and then their leader, the hellhound Malice Incarnate. She will develop through the game until she is a fully-fledged goddess. When the game begins she is equipped with a powerful clockwork hammer as she progresses other weapons will become available including the Mace of Clubs! The game will consists of a series of some 25 levels, the design of which promises to be good. The game's graphics will be advanced. No multi-player mode is planned.

3D game featuring the superhero. The game's story involves Mega Man's quest to some lost treasure and the mother of Mega Man's sister, Roll. The gameplay combines role-playing, platform and action game elements. Mega Man has a bionic arm with a cannon and many other weapons and upgrades are available. The game is set in a large gameworld and features a strong cast of characters. This sequel incorporate overall improvements over the first Legends game. The game employs anime-style design and the graphics and controls are good.

Part of a long-running series of 2D side-scrolling games that combine shooting with platform gameplay. The gameplay is fast and furious and there are loads of power-ups and secrets to be discovered. Alongside Mega Man with his bionic arm with cannon, is an alternative playable character, Zero. Zero is equipped with a sword. There are slightly different cutscenes depending on which character you are playing.

2D side-scrolling action game featuring the superhero. The premise is that a space station, Eurasia, has fallen out of its orbit and threatens to crash into the Earth. Mega Man must assemble a giant weapon called enigma to save the world. You can also opt for an alternative playable character, Zero who is armed with a sword in place of Mega Man's cannon. The game has a branching structure depending on how you decide which levels you complete. An extensive rang of high-powered weapons are available. There are two difficulty settings to choose from. The game's anime-style graphics and design are good. The voice-acting could be better.

Mischief Makers

2D side-scrolling platform/adventure game released in Japan with the title Yuke Yuke Troublemakers. You take the role of a robot named Marina Liteyears who must rescue her boss Prof. Theo, who has been kidnapped. The game consists of a series of some 60 levels set on five worlds. Marina has a selection of useful abilities and moves, for instance she can hover and pick up and shake objects. At points in the game she'll be able to use vehicles, including a bicycle. The gameplay involves progressing through the levels avoiding/defeating enemies, collecting items and puzzle-solving. The game's Japanese animation-style design and detailed 2D graphics are effective. Old-school sound effects and electronic music accompany play.

You play a character named Max who is the descendant of the Aztec king Montezuma. Max finds himself lost in the middle of some Aztec ruins The gameplay involves exploring the levels, collecting items, avoiding traps and solving puzzles. There is also limited combat. Precision jumping is an important ingredient for success. The game's boasts good design and effective graphics. The control system is effective and it can be fully customized. Play is accompanied by a range of atmospheric tunes.

3D platform game aimed at kids. You take the role of a chicken and TV-star named Mort who embarks on an adventure to rescue some kidnapped chicks. In order to do this, he must travel to another dimension and face an army of cube-shaped foe called Booylan. He has a range of special powers at his disposal. The game features cartoon-style graphics and many humorous touches. Cutscenes intersperse the action. Levels incorporate many surprises, such as clever traps, alongside more traditional jumping puzzles. The game's camera system and graphics could be better.

Mortal Kombat Mythologies: Sub-Zero

2D side-scrolling game that combines platform and fighting gaming, with RPG-like character development. Sub-Zero gains experience points as he progresses through the game. These can be used to unlock special moves. He also has an inventory, including keys to access new areas. This game is an off-shoot of the main series of beat 'em ups and it was intended to be the first of several games that focused on the history of one of the well-known MK characters. The story relates the history of Sub Zero. Scorpion also features. The game's graphics and controls are reasonable.

This game, featuring the heroine of the arcade classic, is due for release in October 2000. The game will include the full version of the original game, as well as a set of all-new 3D platform-style, puzzle levels. These new maze-levels, with the traditional dots to munch and ghosts to avoid, will feature other puzzle challenges, for example those involving item collection, moving blocks or using switches.

Muppet Monster Adventure

3D platform game featuring the popular puppet characters. You play Kermit's nephew, Robin, and must guide him through 24 well-designed levels set over six themed worlds. Each world will be presided over by an evil version of one of the famous Muppet characters. Robin has a good range of moves, including a spinning attack and a selection of 'monster powers', such as flight (earned by collecting tokens). He also has a gun to shoot enemies and other useful equipment. The gameplay involves exploration, precision jumping, item collection and avoiding/facing enemies. The game's graphics and design are good and many humorous touches are incorporated.
