T'Ai Fu: Wrath of the Tiger
Fighting game with adventure elements. It employs a modified Warpath: Jurassic Park engine and features animal fighters. You play a young tiger named T'Ai Fu who is skilled in the martial arts. The game involves guiding him on a quest through some 20 levels to discover his origins. You'll encounter various animal clan as you go and be given instructions as you go that involve defeating certain opponents. When you defeat the boss of each clan you'll gain new moves. Alongside you physical attacks you have a Chi meter that allows you to perform mental attacks. Numerous moves and combos are incorporated. The game employs good graphics and an effective control system. There is no multi-player option.

Tekken 2
Beat 'em up. This sequel to the successful original incorporates additional characters, moves, arenas and better graphics, particularly in the area of character animation. The game offers a selection of single-player options and a two-player versus mode. The main single-player mode is championship mode, which consists of a series of battles. You unlock new characters by completing the championship with each of the starting characters. There are 25 playable characters in all. New survival and practice modes also feature. Survival mode consists of a series of bouts with the aim of staying alive for as long as possible. New animation features include character head movement.

Tekken 4
Arcade-style beat 'em up currently in development. It promises significant improvements over its predecessors, particularly to the graphics. Other new additions will be finite arenas, the shapes of which will effect the way the fights unfold. The way the characters move in three dimension will also be refined. The game will feature some 15 characters including many familiar faces from the previous installments.

Part of this popular series of beat 'em ups, this installment is the first to be released on the PlayStation 2. The game combines advanced graphics with gameplay that has a lot of depth. The advanced platform enables much better character animation and detailed 3D arenas that incorporate animated elements.

The Bouncer
Fighting game with adventure component. The premise is that a female club owner named Dominique has been kidnapped by her nasty older brother, Dauragon. The three bouncers from her club, Sion, Kou and Volt, set out to rescue her. The single-player game consists of a series of fights featuring numerous enemies. When each fight begins you choose to control one of the three playable characters. Each one has a range of martial-arts style moves and special power-weapons. After each battle you are rewarded with points that can be used to improve your character's stats. The game blends numerous FMV sequences and fights. It employs the innovative Seamless Action Battle System and the graphics are impressive. Alongside the single-player game, is a multi-player mode (up to four players via multi-tap).
