Paris-Dakar Rally
Racing game currently in development for PlayStation 2. It will recreate the famous desert-based race, begun in 1979. The six thousand plus miles of the course will be divided into twelve stages. An unusual feature of the race is that a variety of vehicles take part. You'll be able to choose from seven cars, six buggies or six motorbikes. The terrain will be tough on the vehicles. As a result, all vehicles will suffer damage, the nature of which will depend on the type of vehicle. You'll have the option to stop for repairs. The game promises advanced graphics and realistic vehicle physics.
