Innovative stealth-oriented action/adventure game currently in development for multiple platforms. You'll take the role of a cat burglar hired by a wealthy art collector to steal works of art from galleries and private collections around the world. However, you'll face competition from a rival collector and his hired thief. The single-player game will consists of 12 complex missions. You can choose the sex of your character who will also have a wide range of equipment and gadgets to choose available. These will include night-vision gadgets, ingenious traps, a tranquilizer gun and chloroform. An innovative touch will be that players will be able to place secret cameras around and switch views to monitor guards (and the progress of the other thief). Speed, as well as stealth, will play an important part in the gameplay. A multi-player option is planned. The game will employ advanced graphics and promises good design.

MMORPG from the developer of the hot game EverQuest. The game will be set in a well-designed gameworld that promises to have a lot of depth and support thousands of players at once. The emphasis will be on action gameplay and new quests will be made available regularly after launch. Your character will develop with experience and there will be loads of equipment, including weapons, to trade and collect. The graphics promise to be advanced.

Shooting game for use with a lightgun. It stars two amusing characters, Dr Don and Dr Dan. The game features an extensive selection of shooting challenges that test various skills. Some have limited ammo and others are time-limited. There is a good range of single- and multi-player game modes, including ones new to this arcade conversion. Up to four players can compete by taking turns in points-based competitions. Single players can opt for random selections of challenges or to progress through the quest mode which has an RPG skills development system. The quest mode is set on a tropical paradise, Point Blank Island. The aim is to survive the challenges and get to a prize before the evil boss of the 'Scrimp 'n' Save Corporation', named Quickbuck. The game employs essentially 2D, cartoon-style graphics.

Lightgun shooting game. The game consists of a series of mini-game levels set in a theme park owned by the stars of the first game Dr Dan and Dr Don. In the main mode you work through all of these in order to rescue a princess. The mini-games require precision shooting and management of ammo use. For instance one scenario requires shooting vultures and in another you are a vandal and hit targets such as illuminated signs.

Shooting game for use with a lightgun. The game stars two amusing characters, Dr Don and Dr Dan, and has a light-hearted feel. The game consists of varied challenges for one to eight players. There are over 50 levels incorporated into the game, some have restrictions such as limited time or ammo. You can choose from five game modes including, single-player random level selection, party (multi-player) mode and endurance mode (you aim to complete as many levels as possible with limited lives). The game's cartoon-style graphics are reasonable and the level design is good.

The fighting system is reasonable, although there are no blocks or counterattacks, it is possible to take cover behind parts of the arena. Game options include a single-player championship and multi-player mode, for up to four players.

Primal Prey

Budget dinosaur hunting game. The game consists of a series of twenty-four missions in which you must bring down a particular type of prey. Successful hunting unlocks new weapons. Weapons include a shot gun, a tranquilizer pistol, a sniper rifle and a shrink ray. Night vision goggles are also available. Nine dinosaur species are recreated. Among them are the Quetzalcoatlus, the Utahraptor and the Tyrannosaurus rex. The action is set in a single jungle environment. The game's 3D graphics could be better.

Innovative RPG currently in development exclusively for Xbox. It is being developed under the supervision of game guru Peter Molyneux and will provide a very different experience each time it is played through. The premise is that you choose a male of female character and then develop them over a life time. They will learn skills and their appearance will change with age, experience and environmental factors. You'll be able to choose whether they tend towards good or evil. Set in a magical, fantasy universe, characters will be able to roam freely and interact with the other inhabitants. As you character becomes more powerful their reputation will spread and this will effect the way NPCs respond. Combat will be an important part of the gameplay and it will even be possible to have your character marry and have a family. The game promises to deliver great design and impressive 3D graphics.

Acclaimed first-person shoot 'em up. You play a secret agent named David Llewelyn Jones and must guide him through a series of missions with varied objectives conducted in large levels set in Siberian wastelands. Planning and careful execution are important ingredients for success. Stealth also plays an important part in the gameplay. Alongside the extensive arsenal of weapons, including a good sniper rifle, you have high-tech gear including items to help you avoid detection. The game boasts impressive graphics and design. There is no multi-player mode.

Fighting game and sequel to 'Rival Schools'. The premise is that kids fight each other for the honor of their school. There are over 20 playable characters available, each with their own strengths, weaknesses and special moves. You select three characters and embark on a series of tag team-style fights. Notably, team attacks are also available. Game options include single fights and a good story mode. The story mode is dynamic, depending on choices you make as you progress. There is also a strong multi-player mode for up to four players. The game employs stylized character and arena design. The game's graphics are good and the controls are effective. The fighting system is well-balanced and there are loads of moves to master, counter moves are particularly important.

Fighting game that was first released for the arcades. The game features flying fighters (called Psychiccers) who have a range of psychic attacks, including projectiles like fireballs. Matches take place in see-through, cube-shaped arenas. The action is not fully 3D because you can only move in two planes. There are eight distinctive characters to choose from, each with their own special moves. As well as a health bar, there is a display to show the character's psychic power. Game options are arcade, training, two-player and story modes. There is a different story mode for each character.

Popular 3D fighting game that features anime-style characters and glass-cube arenas. There are eight game options to choose from including, training, story, survival, group battle, versus and two-player modes. You can select from ten playable characters, each with their own special moves and background story. The game has a fairly complex fighting system that involves building up psychic energy and then unleashing it on opponents or using it to form a defensive shield at the right moment. The walls of the cube arenas come into play, characters can be forced or bounced against the wall, causing extra damage. They can also be purposefully bounced off for special attacks. The game's control system is simple but effective. The game's 3D graphics and character animation are reasonable.

Fighting game that features Japanese anime-style characters and 3D arenas. There are thirteen playable characters, each of whom has their own special moves and background story. The game has a fighting suitable for fans of more complex fighting games. The game will consist of a series of challenging levels. The gameplay will involve exploration, combat and puzzle-solving. Vikki will be able to ride on Leo's back and will be equipped with a variety of items including a bow. Several types of arrow will feature. Alongside the single-player game, will be a multi-player target-practice mode.

Action game based on the popular TV series. It features three types of games. There are top-down shooting levels, first-person shooting levels and side-scrolling levels. In all, there are some 30 levels to work though. The general difficulty level is low. As well as shooting energy weapons characters, take control of several types of vehicle. There is also an option for two-player deathmatches. The games graphics could be much better.
