Innovative action puzzle game available for the PlayStation 2 (the game has already been released in Japan). The game consists of a series of eight, increasingly difficult, levels. By using a target to link together groups of the same color-coded fireworks you gain points and then you explode them. If you spend too much time chaining greater numbers of fireworks together, you'll lose fireworks in your chain as they over shoot. The game boasts advanced graphics with some excellent lighting and explosive visual effects. The control system is simple and effective.

Fighter Destiny 2
Follow-up to Fighter's Destiny. The game employs a novel fighting system that awards points for successful moves and combos rather than simply having a health meter. Thus, players are rewarded for skill and diversity of attacks rather than simple frantic button-pressing. The single-player game has a new structure that employs a game board that tracks your progress and determines which opponent you face next. There is also a two-player mode. The game features characters from the original game together with some new additions. The graphics and controls are effective.

Beat 'em up with a twist. You have the ability to design your fighter in detail before taking him/her through a series of six fights against computer-controlled opponents. Alternatively, you can opt for two-player fights. The first part of the game sees you creating your character, deciding on their appearance and defining their attacking moves. You choose from a selection of colorful characters, each with their own special attacks. A novel feature of the game is that fighters wear armor, parts of which degrade if hit several times, exposing the body underneath and making the fighter vulnerable. This adds a degree of strategy to the game. character are also equipped with weapons. The game employs a simple control system but there are loads of moves and combos to master. A good selection of arenas features, settings include the deck of an aircraft carrier and the top of a tower. Game options include single-player championship and a two-player versus mode.

Final Doom
Aged first-person shoot 'em up. Final Doom on PC features sixty-four levels and on PlayStation, there are some forty levels. The PlayStation version consisted of three level-sets called 'Master Levels' 'The Plutonia Experiment' and 'TNT: Evilution'. The Master Levels are approved levels designed by enthusiasts and available on the Net. The other sets were developed by id Software. Significantly, no new weapons or enemy types feature. The PC game offers a multi-player mode for up to eight players (over modem connection or LAN). The PlayStation game has no multi-player mode.

You'll control one of the brothers, Hoigal, whilst protecting his brother Moigal, through a series of levels as they try to thwart the plans of an evil land developer. A notable feature of the game is that Moigal will grow and change as the game progresses, responding to the way Hoigal behaves. Most of the game will take place in the brothers' junkyard. Environments will incorporate many interactive elements and many cool mini-games will be included. The game promises to deliver impressive graphics and well-designed platform gaming action.

3D platform game. In this innovative game you control two 'characters', a young girl named Linda and a scarf that has been possessed by a demon, which she carries! The premise is that 12 demons have possessed Linda's sisters and you must find and defeat them. The bizarre gameworld is accessed via a central hub. The twelve doorways leading to bosses each have a point requirement. Points can be earned by beating a boss, with different awards based on style, or by exploring four 'landscape' rooms and defeating enemies there. The world is populated by a variety of weird and wonderful creatures. The game employs bright and colorful, cartoon-style graphics. The controls are effective.

Fur Fighters
Third-person action adventure game featuring stuffed-toy characters. The premise is that a group of elite fur fighters embark on a mission to rescue their offspring who have been kidnapped by the evil General Vigo. Vigo is protected by his bear henchmen. The gameplay involves exploration, shooting, collecting power-ups and some puzzle-solving. Six creatures make up the fur fighters and you'll control each one through a part of the game. You can switch between characters at teleportation points scattered around the levels.
