This game promises to combine action/adventure and role-playing game components. It will feature 5 distinctive characters each with their own distinctive personalities and skill profiles. Played entirely in real-time, the game will consist of a series of levels in which the objective is to free one of your team members from a prison and to perform various acts of sabotage against the powers that be. The game's name refers to the final mission, which will see you trying to break-out your boss from the notorious prison island. The game will be played from a third-person, isometric perspective. Good 3D graphics and design are promised.

3D action adventure game. You'll take the role of Cyprien, a young orphan obsessed with comic books, who finds himself spontaneously transported to a strange new world. There he is called up on to rescue the inhabitants who are repressed by their evil ruler. Along the way, Cyprien will learn how to transform himself into a super-hero. The game promises to combine a large and well-designed world and spectacular graphics. It will have a spooky atmosphere. Gameplay will involve exploration, combat, interaction with NPCs and puzzle-solving. There will be a two-player mode alongside the main single-player game.

Action/adventure game with strong strategy component. Set in a future where humanity is able to genetically engineer its own 'superwarriors' which continue to evolve over their lifetime. You decide in which areas to concentrate this evolution.

Excalibur 2555 A.D.

Action adventure game that was originally released for PlayStation. (PC port is also available.) You play Beth, an intrepid adventurer who embarks on a mission to find Excalibur, the sword of Arthurian legend. She travels back through time and faces opposition in the from of an enemy group, also from the future, who want the sword for themselves. You view the action from a third-person perspective and the camera system is effective. The gameplay involves exploration, sword-based combat, item collection/use and puzzle-solving. Beth has a good range of moves at her disposal including the abilities to swim and climb. The game's graphics were reasonable at the time of release, but now they look pretty dated. The PC version features 3D acceleration.

Extermination

Horror-themed action/adventure game. It features a variety of ghastly foe and a lot of gore. You take the role of an elite solider named Dennis Riley. He is sent on a mission to investigate a military based in the South Pole with which communications have been lost. You view the action from a third-person perspective, except when targeting with then infrared scope, when it switches to a first-person view. Riley has a good range of moves at his disposal and the control and camera systems are effective. He is equipped with an automatic rifle and upgrades can be found as the game progresses. The gameplay involves exploration, shooting, item collection, platform-style jumping and puzzle-solving. The games 3D graphics are good.
