Traditional Game from Hasbro Interactive, Inc., by MicroProse
Version of the classic board game. It marks an advance over the previous games because each board is rendered in full 3D. You can choose from ten boards and play against the computer or up to five other players (same machine or over LAN or online). The game boards are based on famous cities (Washington D.C, Chicago, Dallas, Atlanta, New York, Seattle, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Toronto) and they include landmarks. Notably, it is also possible to import your own artwork and design your own boars.
Counters are animated and there are animations activated on each move and cutscenes incorporated. The game boasts a well-designed and easy-to-use interface. A good range of sound effects, voice samples and music accompany play.
