Strategy and Wargaming Game from Microids, by Black Cactus
3D RTS set in a medieval-inspired fantasy world. The premise is that there are lots of smaller kingdoms and the aim is to unite them. Well-known fantasy author Jamie Thompson wrote the game's story. You take the role of a character named Artos, a prince whose father the king was deposed. Set in the world of Orbis, Artos is heir to the realm of Cravant.
The game has a branching structure with three main sides available: imperial, pagan and renaissance. The game play involves resource management, building a trade network and tactical combat. There is a multi-player mode alongside the single-player game. The game boasts excellent graphics and an effective interface.
