Strategy RPG set in a medieval-inspired universe. The game has a strong story and cast of characters. The action takes place in well-designed gameworld that covers a good range of settings. You control a character named Ash Lambert who is accompanied at first by two teammates. Other characters join your party as the game progresses.
The game has a good character development system with many different paths available. The game is played on a overhead-viewed landscape with 3D features. Combat takes place on separate, zoomable maps and the turn-based combat system is highly effective. A notable feature is that the relative height of combatants and terrain elements is important.
