Management sim. The aim is to build up a construction business. Rather than concentrating on legitimate business, this game is set in the gangster run streets of an American city in the 1930s.
Among your concerns will be casinos, clubs and even brothels. As part of the game it is necessary to hire people and limit police interest in your activities. There are also rival gang-run empires to beware of. The game incorporates a good tutorial.
The game is played on an isometric landscape and you control the action via control panels. The graphics are not reasonable, although the buildings are rendered in good detail.
