Strategy and Wargaming Game from Nintendo, by HAL Laboratory Inc.
City management sim released only for the N64DD. As in the other games in the series, you are placed in control of a developing city. You must define how it expands and keep the population happy, or else they'll leave. Weather and freak events also effect the development of your city. The game offers a selection of challenges with varied victory criteria, or an option for open-ended games. The game is played on an isometric landscape and the city streets are bustling with activity. You control the action via a well-designed menu system. A notable feature of this installment is that, not only can you zoom into the action, but you can switch to a first-person view. In this way you can explore the city yourself, on foot and from various vehicles, including trains and helicopters. The game's graphics are not that good and there is considerable slow-down.
