Strategy and Wargaming Game from Ubi Soft Entertainment, by Red Storm Entertainment
Squad-based action game. It offers a single-player campaign of nine episodes and new six multi-player maps. The single-player missions are tied together with a story involving a terrorist leader who is attempting to recreate famous terrorist attacks of the past. The missions are varied and challenging. Settings include Mombassa airport and a yacht.
As in the previous games, the gameplay involves selecting team members and equipment, preparing a mission plan by setting waypoints for computer-controlled teammates and then taking to the mission. In-mission you view the action from a first-person perspective and can switch to control the various members of your team directly at any time. Fourteen new weapons feature. The graphics have been tweaked and the AI modified since the last release, although both could still be better as the engine is starting to show its age.
