Strategy and Wargaming Game from Red Storm Entertainment
Conversion of a board game based on a novel of the some name. This turn-based strategy game is set in Russia during a period of instability following the shock death of Boris Yeltsin. The premise is that there are weight competing groups, the Church, the Communists, the Military, the KGB, Nationalists, Reformers, Separatists and the Russian Mafia. The game is played on 'board' which shows a map of Russia divided into 28 units, each with their own resources and political influence. The aim is to dominate the board. The game does not offer a single-player mode, up to five people can compete and there is Internet support for multi-player games. The game is introduced by Clancy himself and players control the action via a menu-based interface.
