WW2 combat flight game. You take the role of a USAF pilot through a series of ten missions set during WW2 and concentrating on the war against the Japanese. These are typically seek and destroy missions, often with several targets. Destroying a target earns points, which can be used to unlock new aircraft. The game features an extensive selection of authentic planes, with fourteen flyable aircraft. They include the Wildcat and the Corsairs and each has a profile showing its characteristics in areas such as speed and armor. You view the action from a top-down perspective. The game employs a modified Airfix Dogfighter engine. The game's graphics are reasonable. The mission design and flight model could be better. There is no multi-player mode.
