Strategy and Wargaming Game from Infogrames, by Quicksilver Software Inc.
Strategy game set in space currently in development. This installment promises additions and improvements over the last game that will include real-time combat and lavish graphics. There will be eight distinctive races to choose from, each with their own characteristics and technology. Although the galaxy will be rendered in 3D, combat will take place on a flat plane.
Another significant addition will be leaders who carry out the player's orders. Your character and his leaders will have a set number of action points. Some of the leaders will be individuals with distinctive skills and their own agenda.
The game will feature a massive galaxy of thousands of planets and stars. The 'terraforming' aspect of the game will be extended. Each race will change the planet to suit their own needs and when conquered this process may have to be reversed. The ship design section of the game will also be enhanced.
