Strategy and Wargaming Game from Interplay, by Sir-Tech
Stand-alone expansion pack. This is a turn-based military strategy game featuring squads of men. It incorporates many refinements over Jagged Alliance 2, including improvements to the graphics and interface. The single-player game consists of a series of challenging, combat-based missions tied together by an overall story.
The fictional country of Arulco faces a new threat - it is under bombardment by an evil corporation, called Ricci Mining and Exploration. Since they are using the neighboring country of Tracona as their base, your squads must infiltrate the area and take out their emplacements. Each mission is preceded by a briefing section. There is a selection of men to choose from, each with their own skills profile. An extensive selection of weaponry is incorporated. Men and equipment must be paid for and cash is limited. There are two difficulty-based settings, which effect the in-game options. There is no multi-player mode. The game's graphics and controls are effective.
