Strategy and Wargaming Game from Talonsoft, by Sir-Tech
Turn-based strategy game with RPG and war-game elements. It consists of a series of missions that take place in the fictional authoritarian state of Arulco. You are employed to retake the country by the deposed government. You have a choice of Campaign or Single Scenarios. During the missions you control up to three squads of six mercenaries.
You select the team members, each has their own character profile. Their skills improve as the game progresses. You must manage your cash, spending on hiring and outfitting your men.
When you encounter an enemy the game switches into combat mode. The number of action points you have is automatically calculated. Once you've captured an area it is necessary ensure its not retaken by the enemy.
The game's graphics are not particularly advanced. The game is played on an isometric landscape with 3D elements.
