Strategy and Wargaming Game from Infogrames, by Particle Systems
Space combat sim. The story picks up from where the first game left off and focuses of the efforts of a character named Carl Johnston to reunite the scattered resistance force. After a set of training missions, you can fly freely though 16 star systems. You can also engage in piracy. A set of missions is available and interspersed cutscenes help to develop the strong plot. The game employs a realistic flight model and the control system is effective. A range of weapons is available. There is a multi-player mode for networked games. This sequel employs a brand new graphics engine.
