Strategy and Wargaming Game from Take 2 Interactive, by Illusion Softworks
WW2 squad-based tactical sim currently in development. Unlike the original this sequel will feature some locations outside Europe, including Africa. You'll take the role of a commander of SOE (Special Operations Executive) through a series of challenging covert missions. You'll have to select the members of your team from a section with diverse skills profiles. New personnel types will be available.
The game will offer nine single-player campaigns with a total of some 25 missions. Results will carry over from one mission to the next, so you'll have to preserve your best men. There will also be a strong multi-player mode. A new feature of the sequel will be that mission planning will now take place in-level. A significant addition will be controllable vehicles, including aircraft. Graphical improvements over the first game are promised.
