Strategy and Wargaming Game from 3DO, by New World Computing
This is the first game in this long-running series to be released for a console. However, it is essentially the same game as an old release, King's Bounty.
This is a turn-based strategy game with RPG component set in a magical fantasy universe. You select a hero from a choice of four available and build up a powerbase and force in order to defeat enemies. The heroes lead the troops and can learn magic spells and otherwise gain new skills with experience. The gameworld consists of four continents and there are seventeen enemy rulers to defeat in all. The overall quest is to find a powerful relic, the DragonBone staff, to cure King Argus III, who has been poisoned. The game offers gameplay with lots of depth. The graphics could be better.
