Strategy and Wargaming Game from Strategy First, by Paradox Entertainment
Strategy game set in medieval Europe. It builds on the strengths it predecessor and employs the same engine. The game covers the period 1419 to1820 and around a hundred different nations are incorporated. This follow-up has extended religious and political depth and technological advances are modeled in more detail.
You select one of the nations with the aim of making it an important power. The game is played on large-scale maps and via a menu-based control system, which has been refined since the last game. There is also a strong multi-player mode (for up to eight players via LAN or online).
