Strategy and Wargaming Game from SegaSoft Inc., by Holistic Design Inc.
Space-based RTS. The game is set in a future where rival groups compete for domination. The gameplay involves building up n empire and using diplomacy and combat to vanquish your rivals. You build units and fund research and development to access others. The research system is good. The game is played through a series of map screens and menus. Alongside the single-player game, is a multi-player mode for up to five people via hotseating. The game's graphics and interface are effective.
