Virtual pet/ puzzle game. It is a simplified version of the previous Creatures games, which is aimed at kids. It features creatures called 'Norns'. You begin with two eggs. You must care for them and direct their actions. The creatures can perform a range of actions such as planting seeds and baking bread. You can also dress them up in a selection of outfits. You must also train them in good behavior by using a tickle stick to reward them, or a squirt bottle to punish them.
Creatures come in a variety of colors. If kept healthy your Norns will breed. Each Norn has a life cycle lasting around 10 hours. The Norns live in an interactive environment. The starting setting is a house with various rooms and a garden. There is also a haunted castle, airship and medical station. The puzzle element of the game includes sliding block and shooting puzzles. The game's 2D graphics are effective.
