Strategy and Wargaming Game from Eidos Interactive, by Pyro Studios
Acclaimed real-time strategy/war game. You command a squad of men through a series of missions set during WW2. The game features a total of nine characters including those from the first game (with modified skills profiles), together with three new additions. Among them is a dog named Whisky. You select which characters to take on each mission. They begin with basic equipment and must scavenge the rest in-mission.
There are around a seven large levels and settings include well-known locations such as the Normandy beaches and the bridge over the river Kwai. Stealth is an important element of the gameplay and the enemy's field of vision is displayed. This sequel features increased use of vehicles, such as powerful tanks. The game also features much-improved 3D graphics and better AI. The PC game features a multi-player, cooperative mode for up to nine players (over LAN or online).
