Strategy and Wargaming Game from Westwood Studios
First add-on for the popular RTS. It introduced a new group with Psychic powers and advanced technology led by a character named Yuri. There are single-player campaigns for the Russians and Allies who both face this new threat. Mission settings included Cairo and the moon. Refinements have been made to the main game and some new units feature.
