Strategy and Wargaming Game from Westwood Studios
Sequel to an acclaimed original and part of the highly successful series of Command and Conquer RTS games. Set in a future with an alternative history, that follows on from the original Red Alert, the game is premised on a war between the Soviets and US. This time the action takes place on US soil when the Russians invade and the Americans have to look to the allied states of Europe for help. There is a campaign for either side in the conflict. The multi-player mode enables players to compete over LAN or on-line.
Many new unit types and graphical improvements are incorporated into the game, it employs the Tiberian Sun game engine. Good cutscenes that advance the story intersperse the levels.
