Part of a successful series of football sims to have appeared for Saturn, PC and now Dreamcast. The game features an extensive national teams with fictitious players. a new addition are the authentic stadia from around the world including London's Wembley and Barcelona's New Camp. The game offers advanced graphics, especially in the area of character animation, and good AI. There is a range of game options including practice, world cup and tournament. The multi-player mode supports up to four people. The game's control system is adequate. Play is accompanied by a TV-style commentary, the English commentary is provided by Peter Brackley.
