Deer hunting sim. The game allows you to roam freely through eight locations around US that are rendered in reasonable 3D. Game options include quick start hunts, competitions and multi-player games (via LAN or on-line). There is an extensive choice of weapons available, including rifles, shotguns and bows. Scent lures and buck calls may also be used. You can choose the level of the deer population and number of competitor hunters, thus adjusting the difficulty level. The gameplay consists of using lures and stealth to get a buck to come within shooting distance and then taking a shot. The animals behave realistically and are easily startled. There is an audio tip system incorporated to help you hone your skills. The game's control system is fairly straightforward.
