Sport Game from EA Sports, by Headgate Studios
Installment in this popular series of golf sims. It will features authentic players and courses from the PGA Tour and employs an all-new engine. Game options include practice mode, 'play now', match and stroke play, skins, tournament, career and multi-player modes. Up to four people can compete (by hotseating or over LAN or Net) and there is also be a new two-player, split-screen speed golf option.
Five real-life courses are recreated (Sawgrass, Princeville, Pebble Beach and Royal Birkdale) together will three fantasy courses ('Tiger's Dream 18' plus courses set in a volcano and a canyon). The new engine delivers impressive graphics and improved gameplay. The trademark 'Total Control Swing' system has been modified to give players more shot options.
