Sport Game from Infogrames, by Housemarque
Snowboarding game that recreates high-speed races and stunt action. Game options include practice, single race, arcade and championship modes. Both racing and stunt competitions are included. The multi-player mode enables two people compete on Dreamcast. On PC up to eight people can play (via LAN or online).
There are nine courses in the game and these are divided into Alpine, Forest and Village settings. Different times and weather conditions are reproduced. A great feature of the game is that you are not limited to a designated track and can stray off-piste. Courses incorporate many obstacles. You can choose from numerous riders and boards, each with their own handling characteristics.
There are loads of tricks to master and the physics engine is also good. The game boasts good graphics and effective controls. Beat-driven tunes accompany play.
