Acclaimed American football game featuring authentic teams, players and stadia. It is possible to create your own leagues, teams and players. It combines top-notch graphics, in-depth gameplay and effective controls. The on-pitch action is now even more realistic than the last game and new control options, including pass speed and a juke move, are present. Major improvements have been made in the area of player animation with thousands of new moves recreated. A comprehensive selection of plays is available. The AI has also been improved.
Game options including practice mode, playoffs, full season and franchise mode (in which you develop your team over several seasons, making new signings etc). Notably the multi-player mode now allows players to compete on-line. The game's audio is of a high standard with responsive crowd noise, including team specific chants, and varied commentary.
