Boxing game and follow-up to the popular original. The game offers arcade-style action and features a selection of wacky characters. Characters from the first game reappear alongside new characters, including more female fighters, Bill Clinton and Michael Jackson! In all there are 23 to choose from. Each has their own fighting style and special moves. You can choose between arcade and championship modes. The arcade mode covers single- and two-player matches. The championship mode sees you able to train your fighter between bouts in seven mini-games. Wins earn cash and you can also place bets. The cash can be spent during training on things like special diets. Many new moves and animations have been added to this sequel. Improvements have been made in the graphics, AI and controls. The RUMBLE powerups, charged by landing punches have been extended, with three levels available.
