Sport Game from Acclaim Sports, by Acclaim Studios Teesside
Arcade-style basketball game featuring all the teams and players of the NBA. You can also create your own players. You choose from arcade (two-on two) or sim (five man teams) modes. In arcade mode action is faster and more spectacular moves are possible and there are no rules.
Game options include exhibition matches, play-offs, season and custom season. A free-throw and three-point contests are also available. A franchise mode allows you to set salaries, trade players and make new signings. The game boasts and effective control system and both icon and directional passing are available. The game's graphics are reasonable. Many new animations have been added to the game and there are unique animations for individual players. In all over 50 dunk animations are incorporated. Games are accompanied by commentary by Dan Roberts and Mary Albert.
