Golf game. As with the previous games, it is designed to run on lower-spec machines and to be accessible to beginners, and was released at a budget price. Game options include tutorial, skins, scramble, stroke and match play. There is a multi-player mode for games online or over network. You choose from a selection of eight fictitious players, of both sexes, or you can design your own. Six authentic courses are included, plus one made-up course. They include Bountiful Ridge, Utah and Kapalua Plantation, Hawaii. A comprehensive selection of clubs and three swing types is available. Shots are controlled using the mouse and a choice of systems is available. The game features photo-realistic courses. A grid can be turned on to help judge shots. The graphics are effective but not as advanced as other games. A good number of player animations is incorporated. Commentary accompanies games.
