Baseball sim with management components. You develop your team and then take them out for the season. The game offers details control for the baseball enthusiast. There is a new career mode that allows you to work your way up from the minor to the major leagues. The graphics have been improved since the 1999 edition of the game. The balanced game engine results in realistic player and team stats. You can adjust a player's spread of skills and speed to suit your team's needs. Two players can compete in multi-player mode on-line or over LAN. The game as originally released had several bugs requiring a patch, these problems should be fixed in the Gold edition of the game.
