American football game featuring a full selection of authentic teams and players. Game options include practice, exhibition, season and franchise modes. An editor enables you to customize your own match scenarios. Up to four players can compete. There are four difficulty settings to work through. The game employs a standard playbook with few variations between teams. The game's graphics and controls are effective. Chris Berman and Tom Jackson provide the commentary.
