3D, arcade-style soccer game featuring a selection of international teams with authentic players. You can also own players, teams and leagues. It offers fast-paced action combined with a high degree of customizability and good graphics.
Game options include practice, scenario, league, cup and friendly matches. A good selection of moves is available including short and long passes, shoot, speed boost buttons and sliding tackles. The scenario mode throws you in at the deep end, at pivotal moments during important games. There is also a multi-player mode, on PC via modem/serial connection, LAN or on-line, on console, same console/hotseating (leagues). This installment in the series was developed in association with Alan Shearer. The game features a selection of difficulty settings, game options and weather conditions. Commentaries provided by Barry Davies and Trevor Brooking are incorporated.
