Add-on for the popular micromanagement game. It is the follow-up to The Sims: Livin' It Large (aka Livin' It Up).
This pack features a slew of new features, covering environments, decorations, objects and character options. As the name suggests it concentrates on enabling your Sims to hold parties. You can choose themes, music and entertainment. Once you build a dance floor and a DJ booth you can opt or one of five types of music (Disco, Techno, Rap, Country and 'Beach'). You can decorate rooms appropriately with wallpaper and flooring. Other entertainments include a dance cage, a mechanical bull, a campfire and a bubble machine. There are also buffet tables and a punch bowls. New character types include caterers, exotic dancers and a mime. New Sim skins are also offered.
