Add-on for the popular game. It is the third expansion to be released. As the title indicates, it enables you to send Sims character on dates, choosing the place and activity.
It features a major new location, 'downtown', where your character can go and meet his/her date and visit a variety of clubs, restaurants and shops. The relationship system has been extended and two meters (current and long term) monitor the progress of your Sim's romance. New greetings and interaction options feature. An important new addition is that Sims now have interests. Each character has particular interests and it is possible to educate your Sim in these areas to make him/her more compatible with their prospective partner. New items for the Sims' houses are available including those that can be customized and given as gifts. New voices and phrases are also incorporated.
