Flight Game from Sierra, by Dynamix
Civilian flight sim. It features six flyable aircraft by the manufacturers Cessna and Beechcraft and over 4000 airports in North America, Canada and Europe. The game features an in-depth tutorial system consisting of 36 lessons. There is no multi-player mode. The main game consists of selecting one of a set of predefined flight plans, or defining your own, and flying the plane there.
A strength of the game is its accurate cockpit with fully-functional controls. You have various navigational aids, including GPS. The game's physics are reasonable, a significant improvement over the original game. The graphics could be better (only 3Dfx support is offered) and as expected it looks somewhat dated compared to recent titles.
