Arcade-style street racing game. The game's premise is that you participate in illegal races on the streets of Tokyo in personalized vehicles. In the main, 'quest', mode doing well in the races earns cash for new vehicles or upgrades. You cruise the streets looking for an opponent. When you encounter a car being driven by a rival you can challenge him to a race for prize money based on the strength of opponent and the length of race. There is also a two-player mode for split-screen races. The game's vehicle physics and controls are effective. The game's graphics are impressive.
