Driving Game from Grolier Electronic Pub, by Glass Ghost
Arcade-style racing game featuring tanks competing in a fictional World Tank Racing Championship. A good selection of weapons are incorporated, including guns and missiles, and it is possible to control your tank's turret separately. There are some 12 drivable tanks, each with their own handling characteristics. Races take place in a variety of real-life settings, such as city streets. The speed of racing is, as expected, not that fast and the handling can be tricky but a notable bonus is that you can crush obstacles. The multi-player mode allow up to six players via modem or serial connection, LAN or Net. The game's 3D graphics are effective.
