Racing game. It features authentic cars, 50 top drivers and all 23 tracks of the NASCAR 2002 season including the new tracks (Chicagoland Speedway and Kansas Speedway). Among the drivers are greats of the past. The game employs an all new engine and balances realism and playability. Game options include quick race, full season and a career mode. In career mode the aim is to create a diver and then guide him to the top by good performance in races, which secures sponsorship deals that pay for vehicle upgrades. Extensive vehicle customization is available. There is a multi-player mode for up to four people. There are three difficulty settings. The tracks incorporate interactive elements and damage is accurately reproduced. The game's graphics and controls are good.
