Futuristic racer an follow-up to an acclaimed original. It features high-speed hover bikes. You have ten riders to choose from. Each team's bikes are categorized in three areas which effect handling differences (weight, top speed, and acceleration). Alongside the standard racing controls, it is possible to roll in mid-air and magnetic grapple points can be used to speed around corners.
You must do well in the earlier tracks in order to unlock the later tracks. Game options are practice, single race, season and two-player races.
The physics system balances realism with the ability to pull off spectacular stunts. The game boasts excellent track design. Tracks incorporate many twists, turns, shortcuts, obstacles and huge jumps. Powerups are scattered around the tracks. Settings include Los Angeles after an earthquake, a volcano and a spectacular canyon The game's graphics, AI and controls are effective.
