Driving Game from Activision, Inc.
Action/driving game will a 1970s theme. The premise is that there has been and oil crisis and the streets are now home to a new breed of gun-toting vigilantes. You play a character named Groove Champion who embarks on a quest to rescue his sister. He is assisted by two friends. The game consists of a series of missions interspersed with cutscenes to develop the plot. There are also practice and melee modes. A selection of drivable vehicles feature in the game with a similar variety of high-powered weaponry. In the main game you upgrade your car as you progress through the levels. Play is accompanied by a selection of 70s-style tunes. As expected, the game now looks pretty dated.
